Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Boxlet and go to the Profile tab.
Open Settings › Delete account.
Confirm. Deletion runs immediately.

Or request by email

Email nghicv.57@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Boxlet account deletion". We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in record (Firebase Authentication).
All uploaded photos and media.
All synced journal data (cards, boards, friendships, comments, reactions) and your profile (email, display name, @handle, avatar).

No account data is retained after deletion completes. Content stored only on your device is removed by uninstalling the app.

Mở Boxlet, vào tab Hồ sơ.
Mở Cài đặt › Xoá tài khoản.
Xác nhận. Việc xoá chạy ngay lập tức.

Hoặc yêu cầu qua email

Gửi email tới nghicv.57@gmail.com từ đúng địa chỉ email gắn với tài khoản, tiêu đề "Xoá tài khoản Boxlet". Yêu cầu được xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày.

Những gì sẽ bị xoá

Bản ghi đăng nhập (Firebase Authentication).
Toàn bộ ảnh và media đã tải lên.
Toàn bộ dữ liệu nhật ký đã đồng bộ (thẻ, board, kết bạn, bình luận, cảm xúc) và hồ sơ (email, tên hiển thị, @handle, ảnh đại diện).

Không giữ lại dữ liệu tài khoản nào sau khi xoá xong. Nội dung chỉ nằm trên máy thì gỡ app là hết.
